And his SA concert was the first one-man shows in SL



Clarence Wijewardena

Born on August 3, 1943
A person who changed Sri Lankan music
Known as the father of Sri Lankan pop music
Dieed on December 13, 1996, aged 53



T. M. Jayaratne

Born on April 13, 1944
Has won lots of awards and recently too he got an award for best male singer



Milton Mallawarachchi

Born on April 7, 1945
A popular singer with many hits like Eda Rae and Kandam Yannam
Dieed on March 10, 1998




M. S. Fernando

One of the most popular baila singers in Sri Lanka
Died on April 9, 1994
