PC partner is the no 1 best pc & laptop computers, parts providing company. I have bought 2 PCs and one laptop from them. All are working perfect well & their service is also excellent. I think problem here is some stupid people are don't know how to handle computers and other items, so it will damage soon due to bad usage. So the blame should not be focused into dealer, seller or manufacture. when they seeking after sales services it takes some time 1-2 or near 1 month it is the nature of the PC industry. I personally know pc partner provides replacement if it takes more than 1 month. This may be a some muddy campaign of competitive companies. so please don't insult companies without knowing well
