when it comes to sex ppl tend to not listen to their heads...which preaches about safe sex..and only listen to certain other body parts....

its not just about HIV....its about being cleaner as a whole....

uncircumcised penises tend to get alot of dirt...etc stuck under the foreskin....and you have to constantly clean it to stop unnecessary infections...not just HIV....

its a whole lot cleaner to do this as well....so yeah....

God rules us all...but not like some govt that takes immediate action etc.....

for example....in Islam smoking or drinking is not allowed....but even i know some Muslims who are addicted to one or both....they live happy lives and do as they please.....

regardless....in Islam....almost like Buddhist concept of karma....you can do all the bialla you want while your alive on earth....but you will have to answer for your actions when you die.....

and as for America....it is part of God's plan....He will punish them and the Muslim terrorists who attack them for no reason...at the right time...in the right way....

and yep to answer your question why God is ALLOWING this....we don't know....maybe He wants to test the faith of certain Muslims...will these ppl curse God and leave Islam...or will they still hold their faith etc....or it could be to let America see its evil and change its ways....maybe these reasons or maybe a combination of others....we don't know.....God moves in mysterious ways....

1) Wars are started by men for selfish reasons (like prabakaran)....Not God's responsibility....

2) No matter how bad someone is...they may repent and change their ways for the good...so while on earth everyone has that chance till they die....so stepping in between and interfering by God may cause "bad" ppl not to change...

3) God has given us free will....and will not interfere with our decisions...or actions we take....He is ready to provide anything we could need (food, health etc)...the judging ppl part comes after their death.....
