Yes God created us.....and according to the Quran and some hadith, God knows what will happen to us till the end of our life.....but its not controlled by God.....

i just edited your post and arise some more question. i will queston u from youe car example
1. if you wind the car and before you let it go you know where it goes.so if you know the car is going to a mud or dirty place before you keep it run, even you know that do you let the car to go there?. just like if god knows the destiniy of bad people why would he make him born.as example the born of hitler made thousands of people cry. so in such case why god cant controll spirits as he is most mercyful?
