Hey dear folks !

I was thinking from a long time about this topic as to " What makes a Women a good business manager? " and in my interactions with various people have come to the conclusion that women handle and manage lots of daily chores besides fulfilling their professional commitments more adeptly than men.

I feel what makes them a good manager is the fact that they have a good business sense both at home and also at the office and hence they know who is doing what and what is actually required to complete a project or work.

Plus the fact that women have a more pleasing personality than men makes them achieve a lot more with smart work instead of bossing around.

I would love to see a few thoughts from others in this forum on this topic.

Cheers !! ;)

I don't think they are any better at it than male party..some are scary good some aren't ..just depend on the management skills they possess. as to their looks that get things done, that only adds up to the stupidity of customers ..truth it might be though.

Women are born managers. They have a natural tendency of saving. Management is in their blood. They know very well how to manipulate and manage things. Its all because of their flexible nature and sharp mind.

Hats off to all of them

I don't wanna look at women that way..managing resources and money and improvising are positive terms only in today's society that bases everything on money and success..women in your logic then must be good at evolving with that commercial success but i don't see any real success in that. never mind being flexible ..you know in stone ages men went hunting some of them was lucky some of them were not..sharp minded women must have gone to the ones that found anything to eat..sharp minded people are good at surviving in any environment right or wrong.

    Well ,

Identifying management potential doesn't have to be complicated. A good
manager is someone who can plan, organize, instruct, and sprinkle their activities with a dose of leadership.

A good manager doesn't require a strategic plan for the next millennium. They do need to know what objectives must be achieved within stated time frames, and be able to communicate that information in a meaningful way to other people. They also need to know how to put a plan in place to meet those objectives. Being organized doesn't mean putting life on a spreadsheet, as much as it means setting and implementing priorities. Leadership means setting standards and living up to them, and showing others how to do the same. Other management qualities to look for.

I don't get the point of this thread...you post your idea and you want us to agree with it? simply put, i half agree with your opinion...female or male both parties may have perfect management qualities..to get a clearer more conclusive idea, we are going to need data on the matter..something like a survey somebody did on the subject matter...

so other than that what do you expect from this thread? how do we for a fact say that female may have better management qualities than males? if so, they haven't managed that well to own the management over male in many parts of the world or ..market or whatever.

Do u know the difference between born baby gal n a baby boy ?? Baby gal , when she becomes almost like 1.5 years , she understands things like carings and bearings than a baby guy..

Women are natural managers. They multitask all the time. They manage the house, the domestic help, the children, often in laws and yet take out take out time to teach the children and spend time with their husbands. In addition they are often working as well. And during all this they know exactly what their kids are doing, what needs to be cooked for dinner, how many days the maid has worked for, what the price of onions is…etc. So women are natural managers…most of them just don’t know it.

they are biologically made that way, to be good mothers in time :P that's in their hormones ..and how it relates to them being good business mangers are beyond me ..i think you still need to get your ideas straight. what have you been reading?

i agree with this ..but these are not anything "business" ..these are stuff women are emotionally bound to..a mother is a paragon of love, caring and affection..while this might have something to do with their other management skills, how could you relate it to something so much much more purer like maternity

Human beings are social creatures.....be it man woman child etc....they all take a certain percentage of the society call it their home and develop in that track....

    be it the nerds......the goths....the emos....the lazy...etc etc....you get the picture....

if what you say is true...then there would not be so many divisions and only two...men and women....:lol::lol:

both genders are equally sharp...and equally blunt....:lol::lol:

and not to mention if what you say IS correct gay ppl would be the most phenomenal managers rather than women.....:lol::lol:
