and one thing just like in most of other religions even in Buddhism the beginning of human kind is not supporting the evolution theory..i mean as its typical meaning...but still in suththa nipatha it says the brahma sathwa will be changed in to human becouse of the thrushna...

if you think about it, that's a form of evolution as well..

think it supports the evolution theory at least to some extent..it does say that life feed on sun and who knows really may be as we evolved gaining more and more knowledge we became more sophisticated animal with ...so much will and desires....like it is believed that in the process of evolution, our fingers were evolved to handle more complicated tools very slowly since the hunter-gatherer age..that's only an example..and it is with knowledge that came the desires to explore and earn..so buddhism is right in that sense..we became more human as our desires grew.
