Power is Enough as I know :baffled: Card Works Fine :S
I am not a OC Guy so yea. . .
    They Do Make Contact 100%.
Even Replaced the cables From the PSU to the Mobo n VGA.

just saw your edit on onboard VGA...tough luck..:baffled:...

on the VGA - what I meant was lowering actual clocks on VGA...assuming you use evga precision...try lowering the core/memory/shader clocks from their original settings...this reduces the power draw from PSU...if it runs well its the PSU causing trouble...

but after seeing you having the same issues using onboard.....Im not sure whats what....Im not being rude but 275 with a quad core running 24/7...on a G31..a board which is not designed to handle high tech in the first place..posible the board must have had it..

If i take a Normal PSU and Put it in my PC and Run without the GTX 275 if it Runs Without hiccups it can be the PSU :| :baffled:
But i have a 75% hunch on the Mobo cuz the USB fails Such fast :baffled: ...and 1 Ram Port Doesn't Seem to be Responsive :S
    Micro ATX phail!

    Nope Ehema ekak naha. .
the only thing PCI-E 1.0 Does that it Bottlenecks the Cards performance.
So Cant be that. . .

i replaced my gigabyte 3850 card last Sunday
    screen pixels got flickered.
tested with different monitors and problem remained same.
so i thought its must be vga or mb
then i gave the onboard vedio signal
    then problem solved
then realized its vga problem.nothing else

G31 wont be my choice with that hardware...too much stress on a budget board really..:baffled:...so yeah the MB may very well have had it

Im gathering that even with a normal psu w/o 275.. system fail?

    U have a GTX 275 rite? :)
just chk if the VGA is bent frm da socket, try to lift the VGA frm the right hand conner and c.

make sure that the power cable is not hanging frm da VGA.
