Huawei E1550 modem help

i have E1550 modem it is well working with mobitel upahara but it not working with dialog sim it says no network. help me to solve this.

aluth profile ekak hadala
APN: mobitel3g , Access Number: *99# ( default thiyenne meka tamai).

Airtel

In the APN settings, put into Static.
And in the APN give "Airtellive"
Dial number: *99# or *99***1# (better to try *99#)

my Sim is not recognized by e1550 but in e220 modem recognizing it. when the sim in e1550 it says no network fund.

means that E1550 is network locked to mobitel. Get it unlocked.
