U need to go to www.godaddy.com and buy a domain
.com = around 12$ a year
.info = 0.87 $ a year
.net = 8.5 $ a year
you can buy any domain for your blog. then need to choose a hosting package, there are 3 packages, u may choose economy package.
After buy domain and hosting package, follow the video or ask ur question here.

godaddy.com has a one click wordpress easy installer, so you dont need to make any data base or anything, just follow the video, and it is very easy. any beginner can make his/her wordpress blog within 10 mins after buying domain and hosting package from godaddy.
this is a very cheap way to make you r own blog. for one year cost will be
.com domain 12 $ + hosting 3.99 * 12 = 60 $
but if u get help from a web developer, normally to all this work , u have to pay at least minimum of 100-150 $ and you have to wait several days,weeks,months to get your blog.
