How do I know if spy software is installed on my computer?

How do I know if spy software is installed on my computer?
Is there a way to find out if someone has installed this mac spy software onto my computer? I am not sure whether there are spyware programs that are going to detect my email or chat logs etc...... on my computer? I have heard that some spy software programs even claim that once it is installed, it is totally undetectable? Is it true?

It is true machan. There are lot of programs out there where you can log all the things you type and even screenshot without even getting detected. Machan if you really suspicious best option is to reinstall the OS. Otherwise it is really cannot detect these type of softwares. They are not malware so can be easily cheat most of the anti malware programs. paid once are capable of by pass firewalls and antimalware program without any problem.

They not visible in your task manager or any other place.

Use On Screen Keyboard or any Virtual Keyboard to type passwords. Bcz Keyloggers won't detect On Screen Keyboard typing. I tested this. really working .
