This is Anuradhapura Look closer.

I remember a D.S senanayake road, but not exactly in Borella, maybe somewhere along the Nawala road, or Rajagiriya

when you come to borella on the base line road, this is at the junction just after the borella junction towards Narenhanpita.
From where are you coming ?

I've seen that office building many times.
ok, so you'll be taking the base line road right ? so From borella junction,head towards Narenhanpita on the Base line road and its at the first color light. Cant miss it.
If you're coming by private vehicle, then you'll have to go all the way down to Cemetery round about and come back up to the same color light and turn left cause when you're coming from borella towards narahanpita, you cant turn to the right at that color light

come to borella Junc (if u are coming bu bus - take the route no 135 Kelaniya - Kohuwala) and get down near AF Raymonds Funeral parlor (this is the 1st bus stand after borell super market) and just cross the road. the bldg is there
