Softlogic is the best place. Otherwise you have to run after other dealers. If there's a fault or a defect with the mobile they will replace one to one. Gaana wadi unaata badu sure. Personnel experience.

Softlogic is the local agent for Nokia. Only they can give a Nokia phone with proper warranty here. If you want the warranty and after sales services, then buy only from softlogic.

get details about that warranty from those stores. Chances are that they are either lying or they are simply reselling with a warranty from Softlogic and if you need to get service or claim warranty you'll have to go to softlogic or they'll lead you around until you give up.

get details about that warranty from those stores. Chances are that they are either lying or they are simply reselling with a warranty from Softlogic and if you need to get service or claim warranty you'll have to go to softlogic or they'll lead you around until you give up.

So you are telling me that one-to-one replacement can only be done @ softlogic in SL

Abans is the agent for Sony Erricson. So thats to be expected.
AFAIK, metropolitan are not agents for mobile phones. You can get a PABX from them though
