I'm heading up to Sri Lanka around December, I haven't lived there so I do not know what the best night clubs, etc. are, can anyone tell me some in the Colombo area?

Also, I have an Australian driver's license, is that valid to drive around for a short while in Sri Lanka? Also, what's the alcohol limit for driving?

Any info would be appreciated.

theres no permitted alcohol limit for drivers in sri lanka!

about night clubs, Mojo, White Horse, Cleopatra, Atlantic are some good clubs!

Thanks for the night club info. By no permitted alcohol limit, do you mean you can't have *any* alcohol before driving?

once I had to go to the court just because I had one beer glass before driving! Always find someone else who doesn't drink to drive your car when ever you go clubbing! thats what i do.
