American Gangster -Unrated Extended(2007) -Ridley Scott-7.9/10 IMDB ,My rating 85%
Ridley Scott really has a mix bag of good movies from last decade.It is apparent that movies before and after American Gangster-
A Good Year (2006) 6.8/10 IMDB
Body of Lies (2008) 7.2/10
Robin Hood (2010) 6.9/10
are lower than his standards.
And in between he has directed good movies like
Kingdom of Heaven (2005) (extended-Theatrical version is a crap)
Black Hawk Down (2001)
Gladiator (2000)
Some direct influences of Godfather can be seen in some parts of the movie though this is different from Scarface ,Goodfellas and Godfather. But this one is one of the best Ridley Scott movie for sure.

have you seen nolans first movie? the following. its just more than an hour long ..pretty good stuff..
All his works are highly reasonable.
As Ex:- The bigger man cant trample the smaller one
bcz small one is one step ahead.
When bigger one use his left leg ,smaller one has already bend to the right using his right leg to trample his smaller one
So every time the giant tried smaller one get away
I think hes my no 1 Director not even Spillberg
