Need recommendations for buying a VBA for PayPal verification

I have few bucks left on my PayPal account. But can't spend them because it is limited due to unverification.

So I need recommendations from you to buy a VBA(for USA). But I don't want to waste money for scammers. So please suggest me companies or people you've dealed with for verifying your PayPal account.

It's bit urgent! I am going to lose a donation.

Thanks for the link. But sadly, my account is US. I can't change the address now because PayPal does not allow it.
