And he has used for 10 months.
Now he's going for 4GS and he wants to sell this one.
This is in a good condition and he maintain the device well
I think you guys no need much specifications.( This is a 3GS i touch )
His price is 30,000/=. I dont know it's affordable or not
And its jail broken. i think he got latest apps also

dude there's no such thing as 3gs ipod touch,afaik there was 3rd gen ipod touch,but the new 4th gen ipod touch costs about 33000 from istore,btw does he have all the stuffs which came with it?
