there is no standard format for cv nowadays...because it wary one oragnisation to other, depend on your profession and depend on depth of your details want to be reflects etc etc.. but as a sugession you can try cv formats available on ms word or just try google.

unless you ahve to be more specific to offer further help this regard.

    hope this will help.

personally i would prefer following but there is no hard and past rule on these,

name (bold, larger font size and if you are called as sugun put is full capital SUGUN), and contact details on top of paper (as a header note)

    object
    profile/summary
    career/work experience (most recent first)
    professional affiliations (if relevat)
    education
    Extra curriculars, interest and hobbies
    personal details and personal strenghts
    referees

    key points
make it short and sweet (concise it to maimum of 2 or 3 pages)
    grammer
more concern mon formatting and consistancy of fonts, becos it will cross check your computer skills
better if you can present it in eye-candy manner

it's better you to try ms office cv templates, readly available...

open ms office > new > resumes and cvs

goodluck for your job hunt! :D
