Need info on laptops. Help me buy one.

I want to buy a laptop next month but I'm not sure which brand to buy? Many told me to go for a Vaio or Lenovo. But I hear good reviews on HP as well.

I'd like to know where to buy a Vaio or Lenovo laptop in Sri Lanka and what do you think I should go for?

Budget under Rs 200000 /=

I'm mainly interested in
Durability
Long Battery life
i5 or i7 processor
4GB or 4+ RAM
512MB or 1GB dedicated graphics
500 GB or 1TB HDD

I'm currently using a Toshiba Satellite A215 laptop. The battery life is less than 1h 45mins from the day i bought it. How is the battery life in new toshiba laps?

machan, VAIO is great.
but it's hard to find many vaios here..
even Asus.. even the agents had dualcore stuff about 2-3 months ago seriously.

the next best choice is Toshiba.

Sony Vaio is the best. But not sure about the models available in Sri Lanka. I ordered a lap with i3 processor, 3gb ram, ati 5650 1gb ram with a blue ray writer(free online offer) for £640.
