There is no date tag in this article, so I'm assuming that this is related to SLA's first mission to Haiti. There could be some truth in this, but we have to think that if there is a grave truth behind this, UN will not be asking to send another deployment in Haiti this time around. And the article is clearly on an anti-SL and pro-terrorist stance, thus the credibility of the source is largely questionable.
