How does the TRC help you find your lost phone?

I lost my phone just after 3weeks since its purchase, wrote to the TRC with a complaint and a police entry as they requested, its been over 3 months and I still haven't got a reply.

IMEI number යොදාගෙන තමා නැති උන Phone එක හොයන්නේ.,අපි TRC එකට ලිඛිතව දැනුම් දුන්නාම TRC එකෙන් ලංකාවේ ජංගම දුරකථන ජාල 5ට අපේ IMEI අංකය ලබාදෙනවා.එතකොට මේ දුරකථන ජාල පාවිච්චි කරලා කවුරු හරි ඇමතුමක් ගත්තොත් ඒ අදාල සිම් පත අයිති පුද්ගලයා පිලිබද සියලුම විස්තර TRC එකට ජංගම දුරකථන ජාලය මගින් ලබා දෙනවා.ඉන්පසු පොලිසිය මගින් අදාල දුරකථනය සහ පුද්ගලයා සොයාගන්නවා.

IMEI අංකය පිලිබදව විස්තර මෙතනින් බලන්න..

ඇත්තටම ඕක තමා මට දැනගන්න ලැබුනු ආකාරය.මමත් මගේ Phone නැතිවීම පිලිබදව TRC එකට දැනුම දුන්නා,හැබැයි තාම සතියක් වත් ගියේ නෑ.මටත් අයේමත් Phone එක ලැබෙයි කියල ඒතරම් විෂ්වාසයක් නෑ...මොකද ලංකාවේ කණ්තොරු වල වැඩ ගැන ඉතින් අමුතුවෙන් කියන්න ඕනේ නෑනේ..බලමු මොකද වෙන්නේ කියලා..
