Dear new, and possibly fake account,
1. In order to pull down these photos, what are your reasons? Exactly how is a subject in the image being your "girlfriend" qualify as a reason? For example, if the photos act as an offense to any person within the picture, then it may be worth of being taken off.
2. In my point of view, your girlfriend might actually like the fact that she is being "featured" on a website of this nature, have you actually consulted her in this matter? I believe she is a model wanting to be seen and enjoyed by others. So this could be her beginning of a successful career (as opposed to her present status as a model)
3. Just curious, how did you come across these images on this website? There was no prior opposition to these, so you technically cant be an existing member, nor tipped off by one. The other possibility is you just joined the site, and the first post you came across was this, which you apparently found very personal and offensive. Quite a coincidence I should say, which is neither highly possible. The other idea is that you are a fake account trying to gain some attention. Is it?
3. I believe none of these photos were captured in private space nor without the subject(s) knowledge. Hence this does not materialize to be invasion of privacy. For example, anyone could capture photos of anyone out in public areas, and publish it if they wish. If you think this photos form an offense, then I believe its due to what the subjects are involved in within the photos, which is definitely the responsibility of the subjects themselves. If your girlfriend wanted to avoid embarrassment she should have taken care to not misbehave in public.
4. Your post on the other hand violates this forum's code of conduct as it contains violent and profound language used with the intentions of insulting a fellow member of this forum. That is an offense worthy of action on you.
