UPDATE:
Dialog Budget SMS Rates reduced to 10 cents per message

Budget SMS is a feature exclusively for Dialog Mobile customers, they can send SMS to any Dialog Mobile Number for 10 cents.

Limitations:
You can only send 50 SMS per day to only D2D SMS
and you are limited to 100 characters out of possible 160; the rest 60 characters will be used for sponsor's advertisement.

How to activate:
No activations needed
Just add "10" before the dialog number: Eg: 10077123456 and send the SMS
