The city of lost children...well, I'm in utter awe...it had a plot so original and imaginative that it never lets you loose track of it even while being so confusing at times, but the visuals are so fucking pretty that you somehow keep your eyes on the magnificently surreal images you see. they never make much sense, but it's like when you see a dream, it doesn't really make much sense, but you feel them so real..and when a movie is this surreal and not so easy to follow, they usually lose the emotional element, but this movie never lose that..it's smart, thoughtful, imaginative and freaking surreal while be so emotional. I after a few minutes, forgot about trying to get what's going and just let my mind wander along the images on the screen. and how can anybody get cinematography to be this beautiful and dream like is totally beyond me..
the attention they had paid to little detail in creating the surreal city on which the movie take place, surely add up to the incredibly dream-like atmosphere it creates, and the score is so great that it never fails to compliment the rest of the movie. this one's a definite keeper..
well, it is a world where kids are mentally over-grown and adults are ..like little kids, or at least want to be like that ..we dream so innocently and believe so foolishly as kids in wonderful worlds just to grow up to a total opposite ..and yet we would always want to grow up..

I dunno if christofer nolan ever saw this movie, but some ideas of inception does look like as if they were taken from this movie.
