it is linux ... so do as installing a normal linux distro

if you haven't done that before, make sure you have a free space in hard drive which haven't partitioned. (or delete a partition). Backup your windows data (not necessary) in case you did wrong.

boot from the cd and select "install to free space" (or something like that) from somewhere. If you can't find something like that DO NOT INSTALL YOU MAY OVERWRITE WINDOWS.
