hey i got black marks alot coz of acne :S tell me a solution ko..

අපේ අය කොහොමත් හරි ආසයි නෙ සුදු වෙන්න.. ඉතින් සුදු වෙන්න නොයෙක් නොයෙක් ජාතියේ ක්‍රීම් ගානවා කට්ටිය.. ඒත් ඔයාලා දන්නවද ඒ ක්‍රීම් වලත් කොච්චර නම් රසායනික ද්‍රව්‍ය අඩන්ගු වෙලා තියෙනවද කියලා ? ඒ දේවල් නිස සමහරක් වෙලාවට අපේ මුලු රූපය එහෙම්පිටින්ම සවුත්තු වෙලා යන්න පුලුවන්..

හරි.. මේකට පිළියමක් මම අද ඔයාලට කියලා දෙන්න තමයි ලෑස්ති..

මුලින්ම අපිට ඒකට අවශ්‍ය වන දේවල් තමයි

දෙහි යුශ තේ හැන්දක්
මී කිරි තේ හැන්දක්
ආමන්ඩ් ඔයිල් ස්වල්පයක්
මී පැනි තේ හැන්දක්

මේ දේවල් කුඩා බඳුනකට දමා හොන්දින් හැඳි ගාන්න.. පසුව තලපයක් මෙන් සාදා ගන්න.. ඉන්පසු එය ඔබ ස්නානය කිරීමට පෙර හොඳින් අවශ්‍ය තැන් වල තවර ගන්න.. පසුව විනාඩි 15-20 අතර කාලයක් තුල තබා හොන්දින් සෝදා හරින්න.. මේසේ සතියට තුන් වතාවක් කරන්න.. මාසයක් විතර කරගෙන යද්දි ඔබට ඉතාමත්ම හොඳ ප්‍රති පළ ලබා ගත හැක.. හුඟාක් ලොකු වෙනසක් දැනේවි..

ඔබත් මෙය අත්හදා බලන්න.. ව්‍යාජ ක්‍රීම් ගා මූන සවුත්තු කර ගන්නෙ නැතුව සීයට සීයක් දේශීය දේවල් වලින්ම හොඳ ප්‍රතිපල ලබා ගන්න

I dun expect rep power nor i post stuff for reps.. i dun even ask for it.. cuz my intension is to give a good thing n be happy of wot ive given for orthers.. woteva the knowledge i have, i would be rather happy to share it with others than keeping it only for myself (thaniyen buduwenawa)

I dun understand the relationship between the school and my thread now dun bring out nonsens facts to this and pull out the trash on a tidy place which it shouldnt be.. I have no offense with you, but as far as i know, how many ppl wud thr be to critisize one , still as a member , I have my right to post woteva i want. So go a head i just ignore people who speak SLANGs and try to turn out the whole story to an ' off topic '. Besides local suddanta kiyawanna bari wennama thamayi sinhalen damme..

That happens due to the remaining of blackheads on ur face.. Btw, do u break those ? if so dont! Otherwise it will spread oall over ur face.

Pimple is a germ so u cant remove em unless you sterilize it.. But the case is , how can u sterilize ur face from hot water ? u will be burnt. so there wud be no 'foreva' cure for acne problems.. but we can maintain and reduce this situation..

1st thing is the cleanliness.. wash ur face atleast thrise a day with a face wash ( for me lifeboy cleans my face very much well than other facewash products, i used to use dif typ of fase wash products which suits to mine but then i ended it with life boy soap )

to remove off the black heads you can steam ur face ( get a hot water and steam it for a little bit which makes ur skin softer ) then take a pimple extractor and remove off the black heads. This is natural , no cream products needed. once ur black heads are removed, ull still feel like swallen, dun worry, tone ur face with ice water ( ice water is a natural toner) by toning , the porses which opened when steaming and removing of black heads will be closed and the swallen condition will be gradually redused.

gel gaanna honda na.. konde idenawa and damage wenawa.. ea wenuwata herbal cream wage dewal paavichchi karanna puluwan or leav on conditioner ekak use karanna.. eaka tikak froze karala wage thiyanawa konde.. anika Dove eke leav on eka inese therapy for damage hair eaka gondak hondai.. maath eaka use karanawa
