Dilshan to captain SL cricket?

T.M. Dilshan is likely to be appointed to lead the Sri Lankan cricket team as captain, informed sources told Ada Derana a short while ago. Angelo Mathews is likely to be appointed as vice captain.




This decision comes in the wake of the resignations of Kumar Sangakkara as captain and Mahela Jayawardene as vice captain following the defeat at the ICC 2011 Cricket World Cup finals played against India.

i don't like it..
dilshan is a good team player but too hot tempered and not disciplined enough to lead the national team..
sanga or mahela should captain SL until next world cup.. by that time mathews would be matured enough to take over..

i don't like it..
dilshan is a good team player but too hot tempered and not disciplined enough to lead the national team..
sanga or mahela should captain SL until next world cup.. by that time mathews would be matured enough to take over..
