machan I'm thinking of upgrading my xcite package to an office package (2Mbps)
I contacted my regional SLT office and they said that i have to request for an upgrade
then i asked them whether I'd be offered a new limited package since my request will be processed only by next monday.

They said they haven't been told anything about a "no more unlimited plans" by the higher officials and asked me to call em on monday and they'd tell me if anything like that is applied or not..

do you think they can upgrade my existing connection to an OFFICE UNLIMITED package?

why didn't u do it today ? you just have to go to the nearest tele shop or regional office and fill the package transferring form and handover it to them ne.. I upgraded my package to the Xcel on last Thursday.

Handed over the form around 10.30 am and package transferred & line upgraded within 2 Hours.

I did write a letter requesting a package upgrade and emailed it to them today but do you think it'll work? :S
