    Thank you for the song. However, this one is NOT the original song. I know this because i've heard the original song many many times as a child. Those days, it was a frequent song on Jathika Rupawahiniya.

    The one you gave is certainly not sung by Peshala Mendis.

    Dear ninenet9, I've been looking for 'Midule Weli Maligawe' by Peshala Mendis. I've found a link posted by you on 09-16-2009 but the file could not be downloaded. As you said, the original song is THE BEST. I've listened to it as a child and there's a sentimental value to it. Could you please send a link for me to download the song? I already have the song from 'Miyuru Gee' but that's low quality. Thank you.
