  First of all, sorry for the delay for replying.
  
  "Wijesekara keyboard" is the keyboard included in the sinhala unicode system. The keyboard layout is available in this link.

  so true sis! if they build up the spirit there wont be groups , circles diivded by races! for eg! if we take University of colombo therr mustnt be Colombo students , Galled students, Sinhala , Tamil but Uni of Colombo! undergrats should build and keep this spirti from thevery begining of all the new badges!
