    Sedan නම් Bezza Only, brand new එකම option එක ඒක.

Right guys, here’s a comprehensive update after driving close to 3,000 km.
(Formatted with ChatGPT for grammar and spelling mistakes)

    🚗 Acceleration / Pickup

The 1000cc turbo engine performs really well. It’s genuinely fun to drive and especially useful when overtaking within short distances.

Since I drive mostly around the Kandy area, even with hillside driving you can keep the RPM below 2K most of the time with a light foot. The car doesn’t feel underpowered at all — even with 5 passengers onboard.

There is also a PWR button on the steering wheel, which keeps the RPM higher and redirects more power when you need that extra punch.

    ⛽ Fuel Economy

Fuel economy varies quite a bit depending on traffic conditions.

    City driving (Kandy):
    • Normal traffic: 11–12 km/l
    • Minimal traffic: 13–14 km/l

    Highway / long-distance:
    • Kandy → Matara (3 adults + 1 child + cargo): ~19 km/l
      Route: Kandy → Kurunegala → CEXP → Pasyala → Kadawatha → SEXP
      ACC set to 95 km/h
    • Matara → Kataragama (4 adults): 21 km/l

The Matara → Kandy return trip couldn’t be calculated accurately due to the fuel crisis at the time, but I estimate it would have been around 17–18 km/l.

The worst fuel consumption I’ve seen was 8.5 km/l, during extremely heavy traffic (vehicle-to-vehicle) when the ICC matches were happening in Pallekele.

⚠️ Note: These figures are based on car indicators, not tank-to-tank calculations.

    One downside:
The 36L fuel tank is a bit disappointing. A 40L+ tank would have been much better.

I drive around 200 km per week, mostly city traffic (school runs), and typically spend around LKR 10,000 – 12,000 per week on fuel.

    🛋️ Features & Comfort

    Suspension

    Suspension feels good overall.
If you go slowly over a big bump or pothole, you may feel a bit of vehicle sway. Initially it felt noticeable, but once the suspension settled and I got used to it, it became less noticeable.

    Driver Assistance

    • ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) – Excellent on expressways. I use it frequently.
However, when the car adjusts speed automatically, it sometimes feels a bit harsh. Because of this I avoid using it in heavy traffic areas like Kadawatha → Panadura.
    • BSM (Blind Spot Monitoring) – Very useful.
    • RCTA (Rear Cross Traffic Alert) – Also helpful when reversing.
    • HHA (HIll Hold Assist)

    Lighting

    • Auto lights
    • Auto headlights
    • Turning lights
All are nice additions and improve convenience.

    Air Conditioning

The AC works well, but the downside is the lack of climate control.

    My workaround:
    1. Start with high fan + low temperature
    2. Once the cabin cools, reduce fan speed
Otherwise it takes a bit longer to cool the rear area.

    Seats

Both front and rear seats are very comfortable.
    • Leather seats
    • Front seats are semi-bucket type
    • Provide excellent back support, especially on longer drives.

    📏 Space

    Cabin space is quite good.
I’m 5'9", and both legroom and headroom are more than sufficient.

My only complaint is that my left knee sometimes touches the center console. A padded area there would have been a nice addition.
The boot floor has two adjustable positions, allowing you to increase storage space when needed.

    🔧 Service Experience

I completed my 1,000 km service at Unimo Kandy.

    Service included:
    • Oil change
    • Inspection
    • Body wash
Cost: ~LKR 16,000 (without labor charges)
Their attention to detail was good, and overall I’m satisfied with the service experience so far.

    ❗ Pain Points

    • Lower fuel economy in heavy traffic (though considering the engine size and vehicle weight, it’s somewhat understandable).
    • Poor head unit – No Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.
    • Car unlocking - You have to tap 2 times to unlock all 4 doors. Otherwise single tap only unlocks the drover side
Unimo unfortunately does not support aftermarket upgrades easily.
A conversion requires a special socket, which is currently available only at places like Bara Stereo. Otherwise the wire harness must be cut, which voids the warranty.

👍 What I Like the Most

    • Engine power – Coming from a 660cc Kei car, this feels incredibly fun to drive.
    • Ground clearance200mm, which is 15mm higher than its siblings Raize / Rocky.
    • Comfortable seats – Even on longer drives, they remain very comfortable.

Ask me any questions/missing areas any :)
Hope you guys gets an idea. But please test drive and see if it suits you before purchasing

I thought this can do around 15-18 KM per liter
Now I'm even happy with my 1.5L Turbo doing 8-10 on comfort mode :P
