To get a higher star rating in modern NCAP ratings, ADAS is essential. So may be there is no point of testing vehicles without ADAS as it won't be getting even couple if stars.
Obviously it will damage the reputation further rather than helping.

Bharat NCAP (BNCAP) does consider ADAS, but its role in determining a car's star rating is currently in a transitional phase.

You can currently get a 5-star BNCAP rating through superior structural integrity and passive safety (airbags) alone.
2. Bharat NCAP 2.0 (Starting October 2027)
The government has already announced a major overhaul called Bharat NCAP 2.0, which will make ADAS a critical factor for high scores.

Personally, I own a Toyota Raize Hybrid 2025, and I’m happy with the vehicle. The fuel consumption, gear shifting, and handling are good. The downside is that the pickup is a bit low, and you can hear some engine noise. Apart from that, the vehicle is good. Some people commenting haven’t even driven it. In my experience, it’s better than the Fronx, as I’ve driven both vehicles.
