    That's why we need more supply.so market become more saturated salaries will get stagnate and eventually inflation will make it cheap for the business.just hire the highly skilled workforce on contract so they are disposable when we don't need them.that's why there's more contract work in IT now. permanent employees are headaches for management in a rapidly changing environment.Most don't have the capacity to upskill with family responsibilities and Age.

    Contract work on IT has been there for decades.

    And the supply you see now is not real supply. I’ve worked with many interns over the years. The quality of their output degrades yearly. So skilled IT professionals are going to have a very high demand in the coming years.
