keels standards had come down. Even food serving staff do not use a disposable glow when touching food . Eg when sliced bread is packed . I have complained to the manager once, but couple of days later saw the same and turned a blind eye. Most of the staff are low paid girls form north or tea estates , and may not know what hygiene is. Some can speak only Tamil.
Most of the food outlets are similar even international franchises eg fast food outlet at Arcade ,Burger Kig very dirty. I do not know what PHI s do .
