    Very low. The vaccine is very effective but not 100% guaranteed to work. The vaccine reliability depends on the manufactuer as well as how it's stored. If the cold chain breaks then it's not going to be effective. To have peace of mind give the cat booster vaccines on a periodic basis. Ask your vet.
