    The USB port can't be used to charge the powerbank. But can connect your phone and use. Also the powerbank cannot be connected to your devices as well. So basically you are allowed to carry the powerbank.

    You are not allowed to use the charging port from mid 2025. Check with the airlines. I usually fly with SQ and they did so. But you can use your portable charger powered by under the seat power point.

    Even though you could carry them you are not allowed to charge them using the onboard USB ports and also you can't use them in flight. It's time to ban these altogether. The Chinese first started limitations on powerbanks because they suspected that these were the cause for the MH370 disaster...
