    money was transferred today in to my Sampath USD account. So it took total 5 days from Upwork to Sampath via Wise. To complete it, I transferred dollars to LKR and got 219.75 rate.

    I sent a small amount from upwork to wise. According to this it takes up to five days the ACH funds to be received by the USA bank. Finger crossed. Lets see how it goes.

    I faced same sort of issue. Upwork support contact karanna. I used support chat. Siddiya pahadiliwa kiyanna. Upwork account verification ekakta driving license deela tiyenawanam wade pahasui. Mine was approved instantly.
