    please note the dialog billilng cycle for a month is 15th to 14th of next month. your 10th month bill would be from 15-10-2008 to 14-11-2008. Since the charges raised on 1st of october, the 10th month bill should contain the reviced charges. Think twice before posting threads like this. :no: :no:
