Hikz.... These people trying to show off some stupidity in public..... I wonder whether any other network (specially mobitel that this guy always stands for ) offer any package for any out side network with @ least these rates..... this type of people thinks all the 5.5 million people are idiots... The most simple question to ask from this type of people is If the Dialog connection is not worth for any of those 5.5M customer base, why do they use it???? Is Dialog forcefully keeping them or since don't know there are other GSM service providers are there? Do not ask me whether I'm working @ Dialog or is it belongs to my family. I you need any clarification on any matter I can answer. but still have not answered my question. anyway you are talking about the operational cost on other mob operators. there's no other company which maintains a employee base like dialog as well as operational locations. hope you might aware about the fuel crisis and everything. like wise the operational cost has gone pretty high for them (its 180% than the 2007). If you need more information go trough the annual report which you have mentioned.

well if you are talking about the charging rule on call center calls, this is only effecting on to the pre paid customers. they also can make 2 calls for FOC per month. also the charging is on flat rate of 2/= per call. not for the duration. As per Dialog 90% of the calls they receiving is regarding VAS activation and deactivation. all the activations and deactivation can be done on IVR base and USSD base self portals. Also according to them there is a large amount of useless calls (you also might receive this kind of things trough mails). To avoid all these they have introduced the rating plan for call center also. Please not that I have answered all the questions you have asked. please be kind enough to answer my question if possible.

Hikz..... what a joke. nice to hear that you have fiends in Dialog also. but who ever he is must have a problem in counting things or you are trying to fool other people. if possible try to publish details of him. you people seriously do not know the depth of annual report of a company. Do you really think that this kind of a report can be published false information. Do you really think If they really don't have 5.5M they can publish these information????? Who ever your friend is, he has given u a crap man.
If you really thought on saving money within the country and nothing else... well I got point for you. Itz obvious that your talking about Mobitel since is has owed 49% by the SLGO. ok buddy , once again go trough the annual report of Dialog. you will find the investment ratio local to international. its 59.04 on local and 40.96 on foreign. does your money saved here or not. If you want 100% on local investments...... its not possible for any operator in SL yet.
