    n00b here :P i havent installed ubuntu inside windoz lol windows will make ubuntu slower than windows ....no use :P so better give it some space for its own! i gave 20 GB i think ...this is on a 160GB HDD there are lots of people who have 320GB+ now lol

    u know how to manage ur self in terminals?? if not use cd to change directory you are in home directory of the user that u are using by default type cd Desktop to get in to the desktop directory ...so on and so on you'll have to run the graphics driver pack from the path ...mine was ATI n i...

    Install it connect to the net, open up an mp3 from ubuntu's default media player and it'll ask for the plugin and it'll install it too ..well that happend for me
