How is the salary in software Industry (Srlanka)

Mubasher ASE (UoM) -- Rs. 60000, for SLIIT less than that..:no::no::no: Virtusa ASE (UoM) ~ Rs. 45000 for SLIIT Rs. 27000 ( for fresh graduates with no experience. This is the basic salary in training period, ~ 35K when training is completed).
