How to close FileServe account?

FileServe are scammers at its worst.... By not giving you the option to cancel your account (I just can't find it), they keep charging your CC every month for the subscription price. It's like auto ship programs with diet pills.

Anyone knows maybe? I just sent an inquiry to the CC company, maybe they can do something about it.​
