Do this , But not tested by me

1-Turn off your Sony Ericsson Xperia
2-Remove the battry and replace it back in
3-Press anda hold down the left and right silver buttons just under the screen
4-With the stylus,press in the hole on the right side of tehe battery (yata paththe podi sidurak wage button 1)
5-After 10 seconds,you will be prompted to press the R key on your silide-ou keyboard
6-If successful press the Space Key on your slide-out keyboard to finalise changes
