I don't think we can afford to vaccinate 22 million people with the Pfizer vaccine... besides, it's too early and too many vaccines are being tested around the world in a massive scale

yeah, we don't have money to vaccinate total population and won't be able to secure that much of doses, but we can be smart, we can select high-risk people and vaccinate them, like frequent travellers, office workers, elderly people etc.
and having multiple vaccines is be pretty good, especially for poor countries like us, the competition will reduce the cost significantly, and since there are multiple producers, less problems with availability.

We like to live without taking pandol or antibiotics. LOL if its possible..
