Why actual science don't have proper answers for many epidemic illnesses ?

Sinhalese medicine - based on pre-historic stuff/writings on stones?

they were written with research of over centuries worth of research and experience. That is why they still works today.

That has nothing to do with Medicine, it just a lack of courage.
