Samsung phones ? u think its USA ? no man its China, also cheep Chinese phones like Alfatel are design for short term usages and that''s why its so cheep, but in here cus of the tax its bit expensive

we import goods from china and we know how least expensive their products are, china labor is so cheep and they are the main exporter for the rest of the world now also FYI usa owe lods of debt to China

Manufacturing can be done in any country. Apple, HTC, Samsung choose China because the labor cost is very low. Thus China doesn't have technology to design, produce and manufacture by their own, basically they are doing is just assembling the parts and packaging, so any particular product will be ready for retail sales.
