ඇයි බන් අපේ රටේ නීති සම්මත කරගන්න බැරි අනාගතයට ගැලපෙන විදිහට ?

උදා : වසර 20XX ඉඳලා අළුතින් ප්‍රාදේශීය සභා මන්ත්‍රීවරයකු වීමට;

1. අවම සුදුසුකමක් ලෙස උපාධිධාරියකු වීම අනිවාර්යයි.

2.සියළු අපරාධ , මුදල් අපහරණ චෝදනා වලින් නිදහස්වී සිටිය යුතුයි.

3.වැටුප ලෙස රුපියල් xxxxx/= ලබා දෙනු ඇත. වාහන බලපත්‍රය රුපියල් ලක්ෂ XX ක උපරිමයකට යටත් වේ.

4.සමාජ සේවකයකු ලෙස (සිවිල් හෝ රාජ්‍ය අනුයුක්තව) වසර 5කට නො අඩු කාලයක් අදාළ පලාතට සේවය කර තිබීම සිදු කර තිබිය යුතුය.

5.අදාළ පළාතේ පන්සලේ විහාරාධිපති හිමි හෝ පාදිලි තුමන් හෝ හින්දු/මුස්ලිම් පුජක තුමන් ගේ අනුමැතිය ලබා ගත යුතුය(තමන්ගේ ආගම අනුව).

Then its violate the FR and against the Rule of Law(Basic legal principals of democratic system). For eg: If all MPs are Graduates no one to represent Uneducated guys (Eg: labours.. etc). I mean by such law it close down the opportunity to represent Uneducated guys100%. Then Educated guys try to violate Uneducated guys Rights. It will lead society to Master and Slave Era again.

Good one. But when people got power NORMALLY they try tokeep it forever. Specially Uneducated guys..

Again its unpractical. For Eg: for finance Minister of the Country need to be a good economist rather than Social Guy..

ඔන්න ඔය වගේ ...දැනට ඉන්න එවුන් නම් කීයටවත් ඕකට කැමති වෙන එකක් නෑ .අඩුම තරමේ ඉස්සරහට අලුතින් එන ප්‍රාදේශීය සභා අපේක්ෂකයෝ වත් හොඳ එවුන් ටිකක් පත් වෙයි නේද ? මොකද කට්ටිය හිතන්නේ ?

The problem is this Machan.. In Proportional representation Election System Elect the most Popular Person rather than most wanted person (Eg: Paba Akka). In other term person who has better financial satus may win Election easily rather than Educated one. After 10 or 20 years majority of MPs are People who has money but not Knowledge. (Education crowd may Automatically wiped out from the parliament). Therefore need Positive Change of Election System and create chances for Majority Educated and minority of Uneducated guys..
