2. How many pages you will need setup & what are the pages (Home , About Us , Contact etc..) ?

3. if there any functions or design need on page just send me details with each pages ?

4. if you need any functions like ( booking , Quote , eCommerce , membership, newsletter , social media etc..) ?

* Theme Doesn't come with multilingual and we need site setup with WPML premium plugin and both above themes are support WPML plugin.
