They are the ones doing odd jobs, imagine selling small items, stuff on the streets, street vendors.. etc.. and could identify a Sri Lankan miles away from indians and other browns.
And I even saw set of them arguing about whose allowed to sell on a particular street in Naples
I don't think locals have a good image of us in those regions
