The Arabic word Dahaha means egg shaped. It also means an expanse. Dahaha is derived from Duhiya which specifically refers to the egg of an ostrich which is geospherical in shape, exactly like the shape of the earth

Holly Quran Sura 79:30, that is Sura Naziyat Aya 30 reads in Arabic " WAL ARDS BAID ZALIKA DOHAHA".
Now I will write word by word meaning of this verse
WAL means AND
ARDA means EARTH
BAID means AFTER
ZALIKA means THAT
DAHAHA MEANS EGG SHAPED THING
DAHAHA actual means ostrich egg
next verse 15:19 you quoted. Its translation is
" And the earth we have spread out ; set thereon Mountains firm and immoveable; And produced therein all kinds of things in due balance".
Here Allah is not mentioning shape of the earth but talking how he has spread earth and put things on it.
