Ukrainian residents ordered to disconnect devices from the network as power equalization begins amid Ukraine’s struggle with remaining reserves
A total blackout is taking place across Ukraine.
The first two report power outages after the massive outbreak was from Kharkiv. Some sources report that the thermal power plant in Zmiyiv was affected, as well as Kharkiv TPP-5, which is Ukraine's largest thermal power plant.
The head of the Sumy regional state administration has also reported power cuts across the region.
Similar statements about power cuts are coming from near Kiev, Kremenchuk, Pavlograd, Poltava and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
In the last few minutes, there have also been reports of water supply outages in several districts of Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava Region, and Kharkiv Region.
